The advantage of Silver lies in its ability to analyze client needs and match them with the top revenue cycle consultants in the country. By analyzing consultant's data, Silver assigns the best available consultants to nearby jobs, ensuring access to high-quality resources at the most cost-effective rates. Each consultant’s Silver profile provides a comprehensive overview of their past projects, performance, expertise, skill set, and certifications.

Be sure to download the Silver App powered by Agilite Consulting Group.  This is your opportunity to showcase your talent, experience, expertise and skills.  Additonally, we encourage adding verifiable references from previous employers or project sites.  Include as much information as possible so that we can compile an accurate picture of your  overall strengths and hirability.

Because we offer our clients access to top tier professsionals, we standing by our thorough vetting process.  These profiles are meticulously managed by our credentialing team at Agilite Consulting Group before publishing skills on the Silver application ensuring only verified skills can be recorded before applying for any available position or project.

When applying for jobs or projects, we ensure that the skills and profiles are accurately matched before submitting requests to clients.  It is highly recommended that the job or project description be thoroughly reviewed before applying to ensure alignment with the requirements.

Consultant are thoroughly evaluated.  We determineif their skills encompass specific industry knowledge as well as EHR application expertise.  We consider certifications, measureable qulaifications that showcase their thorough understanding and practical application of those skills.  Additionally, we consider intangible traits such as leadership, customer service, adaptability, resourcefulness, positivity, mentorship and development__qualities that help clients understand the type of professional they are engaging.
